Innjoo fire flash sale

Innjoo have officially launched their Innjoo Fire and Innjoo Max smartphones. The new super budget friendly devices were made official at a launch event held at Ikeja, Lagos state.

Though we were not on board to cover the launch, some good friends of ours over at mobileraft were chanced enough to make it to the launch and shared what they gathered from the event. So we’ll be sharing what we know so far.

All About the Innjoo Fire

Innjoo’s latest device isn’t a flagship built smartphone, but it is definitely a device to be reckoned with. At the overly desired 5.0″ IPS screen-size with 178 degree wide angle, the Innjoo Fire has all you would think you can only see on a 30,000+ Naira smartphone, but you would be very wrong at the pricing. The new fire device would cost LESS than 20,000 Naira confirmed our friends at mobileraft. So, you’d better get your money ready if you’d be picking this super hot device.

There’s the Design and Performance
The new Innjoo Fire’s design is best described as exquisite!. For a budget device, Innjoo really fit in a ton of work in seeing the new fire device take shape. The device back shell is protected by poly carbonate material (plastic) but should handle light scratches, falls and the likes. The device would come in four colors; classic black, elegant black, luxury gold and natural bamboo yellow.

The insides of device which make it what it is includes a Quad-Core CPU with clock-speed of 1.3GHz each, combined with a Mali-400 MP GPU for spot-on graphics when gaming or something. There’s also 2GB of RAM on board to make sure you don’t suffer any lags when working with the device, and 16GB of ROM to gather everything you need stored on your device. If the 16GB ain’t enough for you, you can opt to expand via a microSD up to 32GB.

Innjoo also made sure you won’t be bothered by selfies and portraits with dual 5MP cameras. i.e. 5MP rear and 5MP front shooter. The 5MP on the back is accompanied with a dual LED flash to capture pictures at night.

To cap it all, the Innjoo Fire has a 2500mAh battery which is pretty impressive. The Innjoo Max on the other hand has a 4,000mAh battery! The best thing we’ve gathered so far is that Innjoo Fire would premier on Jumia’s mobile week megathon coming up from 1st to 7th of June, and we hear you could be getting the device for as cheap as 16,000Naira but not upto 20,000Naira. So if you are up to fire your current smartphone, Innjoo’s latest device could be a replace. Don’t forget to checkout the other top brands coming along for the “biggest mobile sales” in Nigeria’s shopping history!

Finally, there’s talk of an Innjoo Fire Pro coming around August of this year, we hear it’s the first device from Innjoo that would tag along with Google’s Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. The Fire and Max devices are bothe Android 4.4 KitKat OS devices.

Yu Yuphoria Has Android 5.0, 4G LTE All For A 100USD Price

Published by:

Yu yuphoria

Remember we told you the Yu Yuphoria, which is the next phase of the micromax and cyanogen partnership smartphone company (YU Mobile) was coming? Well, the Yuphoria has landed! Yu’s latest device as we said previously took the UI design and name from a fan based decision.

YU mobile (the merger of India’s Micromax and custom ROM maker Cyanogen) has finally outed the Yuphoria, and frankly speaking, at it’s price-tag the device is a snatch!.

The Yuphoria features a 5.0″ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen which boasts a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels with pixel density of about 294ppi. The screen is protected by corning’s tough-ass Gorilla Glass 3. The Yuphoria isn’t your average Android 5.0 packing device as you know and brings along Cyanogen OS 12 to honor the Micromax and cyanogen agreement.
5PM local time, the phone will go on sale on May 28.
Yu has an 8MP rear shooter fit in to the Yuphoria which features autofocus, and an LED flash to take breath taking photographs at night. The front however is adorned with a 5MP camera which should handle your selfie needs.

To power the Yuphoria, there’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 (four 64-bit CPU cores and Adreno 306) with 2GB of RAM, and tops with a ROM of 16GB, which of course is expandable via a microSD.

There’s also a Wolfson audio chip on board the smartphone which promises great audio quality. It should be noted that Wolfson has provided hardware for Galaxy S flagships. The loud speaker on the back promises 85+ dB of sound.

Anyways, the device is a dual-SIM smartphone and is not limited to 3G HSPA connectivity as there’s 4G LTE. Yu has filed four patents related to the Yuphoria and one of them is for the LTE antenna layout. The battery capacity is 2,230mAh and there’s support for Quick Charge 1.0.

So all these you get for what? Just roughly 110USD or INR 7,000 (Indian rupees) if you are in the Asian sub-continent. The Yuphoria will be available on 28th May, though registrations have started earlier on 12th May and Yu and amazon india have struck a deal to have them exclusively sell the device. If you want to own the Yu Yuphoria, it’s pretty best you hop off to Amazon India and register if you haven’t done so, then wait till 5PM india time for sales.
